We welcome our customers to come and pick up any orders from our home garage as we are a small family business operating at this stage from our premises in Bridgeman Downs (Brisbane).

Just simply let us know that you'd like to pickup when placing your order & we will contact you to arrange a pickup time.

If item is in stock pickup can normally be arranged within 2 business days of order.

If product is not in stock, we will let you know our ETA of the item coming back into stock.

All current orders are dispatched using a courier service that will service your area. Currently delivery times around Australia are between 4-7 business days, this is on top of our 1 business days of handling for us to process order and get it to the courier. 

If you order a Tow Bar My Tesla Accessories suggests shipping the bar direct to your closest approved installer, we're also happy to send the bar direct to yourself.

We/or anyone associated/suppliers or manufacturers performing design, distribution or construction of the tow bars provide by My Tesla Accessories as a sole trading business accept any responsibility for an incorrect install or shortcuts that affect the performance of your vehicle after your self installation.

We do take all care and the designing, construction and distribution seriously and meet Australian Standards.

If your order is shipped to and signed for, on your behalf, at a different business address, My Tesla Accessories will not accept responsibility for any parcel that is lost or damaged during transit or delivery. If any damage is noticed upon delivery please take photos and DO NOT accept the delivery.
